The Spiritual Journey
The night I was healed, I also woke up. I was an average guy with no spiritual background. What I found — and what I've spent the years since testing against ordinary life — became a practice anyone can walk.
Here's the part most healing stories skip: what comes after. I didn't move to a mountaintop. I went back to work, stayed a husband, a dad, a guy with responsibilities and a yard to mow. The awakening had to survive Monday. It did — because what was revealed wasn't a feeling. It was a mechanism.
Everything in life comes down to a choice. I had made choices from fear most of my life — and by holding onto grudges, anger, and old failures, I had built the beliefs that built the thoughts that built the emotions that built my reality. Renewing the mind isn't a metaphor. It's the actual work.
I found that the deepest things I experienced that October were already written down — in Scripture first, and echoed by teachers of the imagination like Neville Goddard, whose mechanics I teach translated into plain language. Not new-age vocabulary. Foundation-first, structure-before-finish language. The practice stands on four movements:
Release the grip, not the desire. "God, I give everything to You" — six words, and the war stops. No new identity takes root in a clenched mind. Release precedes power: Gethsemane comes before resurrection, every time.
"I AM" is the name God gives Himself (Exodus 3:14) — and every "I am ___" you speak over yourself borrows its power. I stopped saying "I'm hurting" and started saying "I am healing." The circumstances followed the sentence.
"Whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it" (Mark 11:24) — received, past tense. One imagined scene that could only be true if it's done, felt real, closed with gratitude before evidence: "It is finished. Thank You."
"Having done all, stand" (Ephesians 6:13). Live from the end while the world catches up — one aligned act a day, evidence collected nightly, boots on the whole time. Faith without works is dead; works without faith is just grinding.
My healing came through surrender to God, and I don't hide that — it's the center of my story. But I don't require you to share my beliefs, and I meet you where you are. What I care about is what's true in your experience, not whether you use my vocabulary.
The free 7-day practice walks all four movements in ten minutes a day. From there, the courses go as deep as you want to go — and if you'd rather walk it with someone, that's what the coaching is for.
