Primarily men who are outwardly functional and inwardly disconnected — the providers and fixers who handle everything for everyone and have quietly lost touch with themselves. I also work with anyone fighting chronic illness, especially Lyme disease, because I've walked that road myself. And the courses and free practice are for everyone, period. If you're not sure you fit, the free consultation exists exactly for that question.
We work on four fronts: identity (who you believe you are, which drives everything downstream), nervous system regulation (training your body out of survival mode so calm and presence stop being a fight), mind and reality (using your thoughts, words, and imagination deliberately), and spirit (making room for what's bigger than your circumstances, without bypassing real life). Sessions are direct conversations with practical work between them — not motivational pep talks.
My healing came through surrender to God, and I don't hide that — it's the center of my story. But I don't require you to share my beliefs, and I meet you where you are. What I care about is what's true in your experience, not whether you use my vocabulary.
I won't make that claim, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. What I experienced was extraordinary and I tell it truthfully — and I also did months of medical treatment, detox protocols, and disciplined physical work alongside the inner work. What I teach is that the mind, beliefs, and nervous system are real participants in healing, supported by growing research on stress and immune function. The inner work belongs alongside your medical care, never instead of it.
It varies — and anyone who promises a timeline is selling something. What I can tell you from my own journey: my shift began the day I changed my intention, weeks before my body caught up. Most clients feel a difference in how they relate to their situation quickly; the deeper identity and nervous system changes build over consistent practice.
It's not therapy, and it's not medical care — I'm not a licensed therapist or doctor, and if you need those, I'll say so and encourage you to get them. It's also not me handing you my answers. The name of the company is the point: the power is in you. My job is to help you find it.
The courses are the method, self-paced — you walk on your own schedule, at your own depth, from $97. Coaching is the method with me in your corner — a small group (The Standing), a guided 90-day cohort (The Builder), or one-on-one (the Intensive). Many people do both; most start with the free practice and let it tell them what they need next.
Courses carry a simple promise: do the first two weeks of the work, and if it isn't serving you, one email gets your money back — no questions, still friends. Coaching containers are covered in the agreement you'll see before any payment, in plain language.
Yes. My story and voice come from a man's road, and the group programs are built around the men I most often serve — but the courses, the free practice, and one-on-one work are open to everyone, and chronic illness has never checked anyone's gender.
